If live lice are found within 30 days of your initial treatment and you have followed our aftercare instructions, we will provide a follow-up treatment at no additional charge. This guarantee is subject to our verification and is void if aftercare instructions are not followed.

Limitation of Liability

Lice Removal Brooklyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by our technicians. Failure to follow these instructions may result in reinfestation and will void our service guarantee.
